Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and promoting the company’s products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, build and maintain relationships with clients, and close sales deals. You will also be involved in developing marketing strategies and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach.

• Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and promote the company’s products and services.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of the company’s offerings.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, forecast sales volumes, and track progress against targets.

• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends, and utilize the insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, presentations, case studies, website content, and social media posts.
• Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as online advertising, social media, email marketing, and events.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, track key metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Continuously engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Market Intelligence:
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the IT industry, including competitors’ activities.
• Analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify market opportunities and threats.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the management team on potential business expansion, product enhancements, or market segments to target.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A technical background in IT or computer science is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT products and services, industry trends, and customer pain points.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate and close sales deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including digital marketing techniques.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant software applications.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track metrics, and derive actionable insights.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Flexibility to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.
