Sales Representatives – UpEnergy – Kampala

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Guide management in Developing an Institutional Sales Channel Strategy by;
Sells approved company products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending best sales and distribution solutions
Organizing sales visits while conducting product presentations and demonstrations
Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
Identifies sustainable sales strategies and distribution channels by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, new products, pricing and competitors
Meet agreed individual sales targets based on stipulated time frames
Support marketing research to determine end-user demand which will inform product sourcing decisions and price setting
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Experience in any sales based role; preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Data entry skills using phone based applications
Public presentation and people mobilization skills
Ability to speak multiple languages
Ability to work in different locations across the country
Qualifications: Diploma in a business related field
The Sales Representative will receive a competitive remuneration commensurate with effort reflective on performance
