Branch Manager – ECLOF – Kampala

About US:
Uganda Ecumenical Church Loan Fund (ECLOF) Ltd is a fast growing institution, an affiliate of ECLOF International based in Geneva, Switzerland and a member of the Association of Microfinance Institutions in Uganda (AMFIU) and is a Christian based microfinance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the branch and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures
Oversees and coordinates the operations of the entire branch
In charge of developing the branch business plan and annual work plans
Manages the overall portfolio growth and portfolio quality
Plans and initiates promotional measures within the target measures of the branch
Compile reports and regularly communicate with other managers of ECLOF

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The candidate should hold a University degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration.
Two to three years working experience as a supervisor/branch manager in a financial institution e.g Banks, MFIs, Credit Institutions and MDIs.
Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to build, motivate a successful team.
High degree of capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude
Ability to plan and manage finances and basic understanding of accounting and analysis of key financial performance indicators.
Be a good trainer, facilitator, mentor and coach, communicator and marketing skills.
