Job Summary:
The Human Resource 8t Administrative Officer is responsible for supporting the Human Resource and Support Services department in the execution of human resources and administration activities like managing staff, coordinating the payroll and staff welfare..

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead the HR and Administration team as it may be deemed tit by the Head of Human Resources and Support Services in a manner that empowers them to deliver excellent employee service
· Ensure a timely and accurate processing of payroll data to help the team provide a proactive and efficient payroll service
· Coordinate and manage external service providers to ensure that the quality of service provided to Uganda Clays support staff physical and emotional wellbeing
· Provide a safe and efficient transport service to Uganda Clays‘ employees
· Ensure that all administration and reporting associated with logistics is carried out in an accurate and efficient manner

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal applicant must hold a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social science or Development studies
· Knowledge of labour laws
· Computer Literacy, Excel, Navision
· Three years‘ experience in Human resource and administration field
