Project Coordinator, Business Incubator – Stanbic Bank – Kampala

Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator, Business Incubator will manage the activities and programmes in the Incubator in order to assist entrepreneurs with the start-up and growth of early stage companies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Incubator framework, design and roll out
· Curriculum design and co-ordination.
· Sourcing and engaging the learning programs and service providers to deliver the Incubator program
· Coordinating the development, evaluation and implementation of programme goals, objectives, and activities
· Sourcing and selection of eligible program SME/Enterprise participants
· Communication and Marketing of the Incubator program
· Operational day to day running of the Incubator
· Stakeholder engagement
· Reporting
· Research and development
· Post Incubator Program mentorship support
· Reviews service providers for delivery of incubator programmes based on quality and price.
· Identify and assess possible sponsorship opportunities for the Incubator

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal applicant for the Stanbic Bank Project Coordinator, Business Incubator career placement must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.
· Three years’ experience in related field.
· Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
· Project management skills
· Computer literacy; MS Office Applications
· Good understanding of statistics and report collation
· Knows how to question and probe for information
· Business knowledge
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
· Ability to work on tight deadlines.
