Future Options Consulting Ltd is an HR consultancy company which seeks to recruit on behalf of its valued client in the Banking Industry.

Job Summary: The Business development Manager will be charged with growing the Market share, growth and profitability envisioned in the strategic plan of the Bank by designing, developing and successfully executing the Banks business development and marketing initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· In charge of planning, directing and managing of marketing and sales plan with the objective of increasing business levels and the profits of the bank while adhering to risk management guidelines.
· Develop and Present strategic marketing recommendations in respect to new product development and existing product enhancements, Positioning, Profitability, pricing, Distribution channels and marketing/Advertising programs.
· Prepare Annual Marketing Plans with clear goals, Objectives & tactics in support of the business plan.
· Initiate & Implement Business development strategies for the bank by working closely with the Heads of Departments at the Head Office and Branch Managers.
· Carry out Feasibility Studies for Branch expansion or relocation.
· Evaluate and manage risks involved in all plans and activities of the department and contribute to building a compliance culture in the Bank.
· Establish Marketing Goals and Measurement systems in line with overall Objectives of the Bank.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant should preferably hold a university Degree in any Discipline. Possession of an MBA or Post Graduate Qualification in marketing
· At least five years’ marketing or product management experience preferably in service sector.
· Prior experience in Banking Sector Preferred.
· Excellent Verbal & Written communication and Presentation skills.
· Excellent marketing and business planning skills.

· Leadership skills.
· Good people management skills.
· Risk Management skills.
