Personal Assistant to the Sales Director – Kampala – HARISS International

HARISS International Limited was incorporated in 2005 with the main objective of carrying out the business in manufacturing Biscuits, Still drinks, Mineral water, Fresh fruit juice and carbonated soft & energy drinks satisfy the needs of the Ugandan Market in food and beverages. Since when we started, ‘RIHAM’ the brand name of the company had been established & promoted for all our products, as of now the name RIHAM speaks for itself in Uganda.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· The jobholder will manage and maintain the Director’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
· Update the Sales Director on the status of important corporate clients
· Keenly monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
· Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Director’s office
· Schedule meetings and appointments for the Sales Director
· Receive, interact and give the required guidance to visitors to ensure quality customer service
· Offer technical support to the Sales Director in handling all Sales related matters including welfare and performance management of the sales team to ensure a motivated work force

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Office management, Secretarial studies or equivalent from a reputable University
· At least six years of relevant Personal Assistant and administration experience
· Extensive knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
· Experience working with an FMCG is an added advantage
