Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Manager, Engineering will oversee structure integrity and quality assurance
The incumbent will also ensure installation standards are met and maintained and Tower specs adhered to
Keenly review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as deemed necessary
Conduct structural analyses using the prescribed software
Manage the allocation of resources for all projects and provide guidance for the team by defining best practices for the team.
Perform any other assigned duties. These may change from time to time because of the dynamism of the industry.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should be a Certified Civil Engineer
A minimum of eight years of related work experience
Previous experience in Tower business, Operations, Leasing, Real Estate an added advantage
Prior experience in writing and implementing test plans
Broad knowledge and understanding of testing methodologies
Detail oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of quality
