Regional Sales Managers – Platinum Credit (U) Ltd

Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will create and nurture a vibrant and productive sales team and coordinate all the sales & marketing activities in the region.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensuring Sales reps retention
· Ensure that there is growth in the number of Sales Representatives
· Ensure continuous and thorough training of Branch Coordinators, Team Leaders and Sales Representatives in collaboration with the Training Manager.
· Motivating, mentoring and ensuring high energy levels of the teams in the branches under supervision.
· Achievement of sales, collections and recruitment targets.
· Sourcing for new business in the region.
· Generating sales reports for the region under supervision.
· Maintaining Regional inventory/assets according to the existing lists.
· Oversee office operation and administrative functions to ensure compliance.
· Coordinate marketing activities in the region.
· Master and ensure the use of Marketing and Loan Processing systems in the region.
· People management regarding HR issues in the region via reports.
· Oversee the implementation of quality management system QMS in the region.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate for the Platinum Credit (U) Ltd Regional Sales Manager job must hold Degree in a relevant field.
· At least four years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a financial institution.
· Computer knowledge.
· Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.
· Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
